Domestic Shipping Policy


Shipment processing time

Because every product is handmade on-demand and we do not carry inventory, please allow time for processing and production. All orders are processed within estimated 5-10 business days with an estimated 3-7 business day production time.

Pre-orders processing dates start after the designated cut-off time.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States and within the discretion of the shop and at customer expense.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses


Shop NoeviArt currently ships to addresses within the U.S., and U.S. Territories, and Canada, excluding APO/FPO/DPO and P.O. Boxes as stated by certain carriers.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties and Taxes


Shop NoeviArt is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Damages


Shop NoeviArt is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

At this time, we do not ship to any other countries outside of the US besides those listed.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. [Your Company] is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
