Important Commission Info and Description Form

Hey hey! Placing an order for a commission can be used for personal usage such as:

  • Social Media Posting (with credit)
  • Gift giving 
  • Personal decorations (ie. solely you or the gift receiver)
  • Personal tattoos

If you are wanting commercial usage (things for profit, ie. logos, books, merch of any kind..) please be sure to disclose such information as there are additional price points to be discussed.

 

PLEASE DO NOT ASK ABOUT NFTs

If a commission is found to be used as such, it will be considered a violation of our agreement.

Please write a detailed description and send good,clear character references of what you’d like for your commission here. Commissions come with simple backgrounds (can be discussed)

Payment will be required before starting.

Communication is key, I will send you updates and progress shots at the sketch level, flat colors, and shading to make sure things look as you expect.

Typical turn around is about 3 weeks (can vary depending on work volume) and you will be receiving updates for the entire process, however I will not move forward without some form of approval from you. This could lengthen the process. I do have a day job that takes up majority of my day, so I appreciate the understanding in advance  

Up to 2 minimal changes are included upon completion. If further detail or corrections are required, an additional payment will be discussed to move forward.

If an agreement of change cannot be reached or the commission isn’t deemed satisfactory, a 50% refund will be issued due to commissions being personal, and a drawing has been created and delivered based off of the communication and reference supplied.

 

I reserve the right to decline a request if the task is above my cabilities or due to work volume.

I reserve the right to use commissions in anyway (such as reposting with credit, etc.) A postponed post due to “surprises” or “time-based” posting will be considered.
